The Big Event-Memorial Garden Cleanup
On April 1, our Shenandoah Chapter - Virginia Tech Alumni Association participated in The Big Event with the Spring cleanup of our Memorial Garden at Sherando Park. The skies were rainy and dark beforehand, but the sun broke through, and the volunteers showed up! Big Event tee shirts were distributed, and we got to work weeding, trimming and (mostly) mulching over four, almost perfect weather, hours....
Our Feb. 15 Game Watching Social
We had a great time with fellow Hokie fans watching VT @ GT basketball at 50/50 Taphouse in Winchester! The game was not good for VT, but we enjoyed ourselves anyway!
